Check-In

Please note Check-In is 4:00 pm day of arrival and Check-Out is 10:00 am day of departure.  Early Check-In is usually not allowed as the keys to homes and town homes are not delivered to the office for pick up until late afternoon

All room portion of reservations are subject to state and local tax between 11.5% and 13% depending on the county. Most homes are available with pool heating capability at an additional fee of $175 per week. We regret that pets are not permitted without authorization and additional fee may apply.

Deposit

A booking deposit of $300.00 US per house or town house is required at the time booking to confirm your reservations. This amount is credited towards the final balance.

Payment

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Full refund for golf rounds will be available if cancelled 72 hours prior to tee time.  Accommodations' deposits will be refunded with the following schedule - Fourteen (14) days or less from scheduled arrival date will result in full forfeiture of rent and deposit. Fifteen (15) to Thirty (30) days notice will result in a cancellation of $150.00 US.  Thirty-one (31) to Sixty (60) days notice will result in cancellation fee of $100.00 US.  Sixty-one (61) days notice or more will result in cancellation fee of $50.00. Please note we will make every effort possible to re-rent the accommodations allowing full refunds.
