Please read our Policy Page. The policies listed below are derived from our vendors - the golf courses and the accommodations' providers. We always try to work with our customers and vendors should any issues with cancelations arise.
Check-In
Please note Check-In is 4:00 pm day of arrival and Check-Out is 10:00 am day of departure. Depending on previous day vacancy early check-in maybe available. Most homes have pools than can be heated
during cold weather for a fee of $175 per week.
Deposit
A deposit of $300.00 US per house or town house is required at the time booking to confirm your reservations. This amount is credited towards the final balance.
Payment
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
Full refund for golf rounds will be available if cancelled 72 hours prior to tee time.
Accommodations' deposits will be refunded with the following schedule - Fourteen (14) days or less from scheduled arrival date will result in full forfeiture of rent and deposit. Fifteen (15) to Thirty (30) days notice will result in a cancellation of $150.00 US. Thirty-one (31) to Sixty (60) days notice will result in cancellation fee of $100.00 US. Sixty-one (61) days notice or more will result in cancellation fee of $50.00. Please note we will make every effort possible to re-rent the accommodations allowing full refunds.
