The 7 bedroom house provides comfortable accommodations for larger groups - up to 11 golfers each in his/her own bed or 7 golfers each in their own room. Bedding arrangement is three bedrooms with a king or queen size bed and 4 bedrooms with twin beds for a total of 11 individual beds. Some 7 bedroom houses may 5 bedrooms with king/queen beds and 2 bedrooms with twins for a total of 9 individual beds. These units have full kitchens and laundry rooms and are completely furnished with linens and towels.

All units have full size pools with patio that can be heated in the winter for a fee.
